S. Scott Perkins     S. Scott Perkins, Esq. is a principal of Perkins and Perkins and a lifelong resident of Saratoga County. A graduate of Colgate University with a degree in political science, he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (Franklin Pierce Law Center). He has successfully litigated to judgment more than 3,500 court proceedings in over 30 years of practicing law. As a continuing legal education lecturer, Mr. Perkins has trained attorneys and real estate professionals in landlord/tenant law. He is also active in civic and community affairs, having served as counsel to the New York State Jaycees, Saratoga Springs Charter Revision Commission, and the Saratoga Springs Housing Authority. Mr. Perkins has served on the boards of the Saratoga County YMCA, AAA Northway, and the Saratoga County Historical Society's Brookside Museum, and as a volunteer youth baseball, basketball and wrestling coach. He recently was appointed a Special Prosecutor and Assistant District Attorney with the Office of the Saratoga County District Attorney.

Cindy Leadley Perkins     Cindy Leadley Perkins, Esq. is of counsel to Perkins and Perkins and a former principal of the firm. A native of the Adirondack region, Mrs. Perkins is a graduate of Harpur College of Binghamton University, holding degrees in political science and history. She attended University of New Hampshire School of Law (Franklin Pierce Law Center), Concord, New Hampshire, completing her legal education through clerkship under the auspices of the New York State Court of Appeals. In 1984, Mrs. Perkins was awarded Pierce Law's first Citation of Outstanding Achievement in recognition of her exceptional professional accomplishment. She assists the firm with matters relating to landlord representation, probate and estate administration, real estate transactions, and business issues.
